"My works contain their physical presence from a particularly reduced and schematic repertoire of structural resources. They are configured as a set of forms that do not seek the representation of a reality, but have to do with a world of feelings and sensations that subtly they adhere to formal organisms. Flights, parabolas, faceted, undulating geometries, delicate organic forms in a "primary geometry" supported by such elemental figures as the square, the circle or the ellipse. Smooth forms in bent planes that enclose themselves by way of protection and hug, dignifying the affective conditions of the materials.
These works are characterized by the purism of their forms, delicately polished, gray, white, with an industrial appearance finish, with clean contours, in some of their painted cases; where several properties are perceived at the same time and in which the color coexists and contributes numerous sensations related to the way of perceiving the surfaces. Planes, curves, textures, size, mass; clearly differentiated parts that create and establish a perceptual unity, producing a feeling of roundness and unity. Gestures that highlight the volume of its parts, stripped of all ornamentation, appealing to a simple language of lines and curves. They are a statement of simplicity, simplicity in form, not simplicity. In its resolution, the solidity and lightness, the notes and the rhythms shape the experience and indicate the form of expression, in which I only intend to evoke interest, and try to answer my internal doubts.
Geometric interpretations are reduced to a minimum to highlight the conceptual component of my work, along with the emotional construction of finding and projecting new images. "
