Eduardo Pérez Cabrero
Eduardo Pérez-Cabrero was born in Barcelona on 15 July 1961. He works in sculpture, painting and installation art between Barcelona, Miami (USA) and Dubai (UAE). His work contemplates organic references in materials such as aluminium, brass, resins and ceramics.resins and ceramics. His work has a conceptual charge related to genetics and the virtues of the human being regardless of his personal human beings regardless of their personal, social and economic environment.
He is a member of the artistic group "Equipo Risus". He works with Galería Marita Segovia in Madrid, Pigment Gallery in Barcelona, Artscape Lab in Miami and Leila Heller in Dubai.
He has recently exhibited at Estampa, Art Madrid and Espacio Micus Gallery in Ibiza. Also he has a solo exhibition at the Dubai gallery in June 2021 and a presence at the LA Art Show (California, USA) in June 2021.
Art Show (California, USA) in July of the same year. Among other public presences, he has 12 works at the Four Seasons Hotel in Madrid, including location in the main lobby.
His talent is presented as a continuation of the artistic and plastic creativity of his ancestors. The industrialist Josep Batlló (1845-1934) entrusted his friend Antoni Gaudí with the construction of his family home, the renowned "Casa Batlló", representative of Barcelona's modernism of the early 19th century. Maestro Pérez-Cabrero (1847-1907) was a composer and conductor of the Orchestra of the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona.
